2024 Metamora Redbirds Soccer Camp Registration

Where:  MTHS Soccer Fields


Who: 
Group 1: Boys and Girls who are going into K-2              8:00-9:00 A.M. 
Group 2: Boys and Girls who are going into 3rd-5th       9-10:15 A.M. 
Group 3: Boys and Girls who are going into 6th-8th      10:15-11:30 A.M. 

Camp Directors: Sheridan Ray-Boys Varsity Head Coach, Sam Stalter- Varsity Boys Assistant, Phil Trompeter-Boys Varsity Assistant

All coaches are IHSA certified and have a combined 30+ years of coaching experience at the youth soccer and high school soccer levels. 

Camp Directors will be assisted by the MTHS boys coaching staff as well as current and former male and female players from the MTHS soccer programs. 


What:
The Metamora Soccer Camp serves athletes interested in becoming better all-around soccer players in a fun, competitive environment.

Players will increase their soccer knowledge, improve their technical skills, and have a great time getting to know other soccer players. 

Camp instructors will model and teach fundamental ball skills in order to help each player improve individual skills and how to apply them in a game setting.
 
Additionally, camp instructors will also provide older players with basic tactical instruction with a focus on ball skills, decision making and overall field awareness.  

Details:

● Each player registered BEFORE May 20th  receives a Metamora Soccer Camp t-shirt during camp. Those that sign up AFTER May 22nd will receive their shirt after camp. 
● Each player should bring his/her own soccer ball and jug of water. 
● Tuition:
                       o $50 for group 1 
                       o $60 for groups 2 and 3  
● Payment may be mailed or sent via PayPal. Your child will not be considered registered for camp until payment is received.  We will send a confirmation email to all paid registrants the week prior to camp. If using PayPal, you must include in the comments- Soccer Camp and your child's name. The PayPal link is below. If paying via check, please make check payable to MTHS Boys Soccer, add your child's name in the memo line, and mail the check to the address below:

Participants in the Metamora Soccer Camp are not covered by medical and accident insurance. In consideration of acceptance of application, we hereby release Metamora Township High School, the Metamora Soccer Camp, and all of its employees from all claims on account of injuries that may be sustained while attending the Metamora Soccer Camp. We agree to indemnify Metamora Township High School, the Metamora Soccer Camp, and all of its employees for any claim that may be hereinafter presented by participants of any injuries.
