In particular, I give the right to reproduce, distribute, disseminate and/or share my image and materials with the public in any form (including for example: printed material, film, tape, digital devices) and through any diffusion and reproduction means and technology for the purposes of publication and use in productions of any kind curated by FBK - ECT* and by any co-organizing bodies for scientific, educational and cultural purposes related to public events of public interest, in compliance with the regulations in force and, in particular, in compliance with art. 10 of the Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Act 633/1941.
The above authorizations have been granted free of charge, with no provision of fees and/or charges to be borne by FBK and are also valid as a disclaimer. It is also understood that the publication and/or other uses of the images and materials is not an obligation for FBK.
In the event of revocation of these authorizations, the image and materials will not be included in subsequent productions. I, the Undersigned, understand that it will not be possible to remove the image from materials already produced by FBK prior to the revocation.
