2024 GCM Patriot Soccer Camp Registration Form
The Goose Creek Memorial High School Soccer (Boys' & Girls') coaching staff will be offering a summer soccer camp for all boys & girls who will be entering the 4th through 9th grade in the Fall of 2024. The purpose of this camp is to improve the skills of each participant by enhancing strengths and correcting weaknesses. The basic rules and strategies of the game will be taught along with the skills of the game.

**THE CAMP IS OPEN TO ANY STUDENT THAT WANTS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT SOCCER!

**IT IS NOT JUST FOR GCM FEEDER SCHOOLS, ONLY**EVERYBODY IS WELCOMED

CAMP SCHEDULE:

DATES:   Monday, June 3, 2024 - Wednesday, June 5, 2024

TIMES: 5:30PM - 7:00PM

LOCATION: Goose Creek Memorial High School Stadium

CAMP COST: $25 (includes camp t-shirt)

The $25 will need to be submitted before or on the first day of camp. Submitting this registration without mailing the money in before the camp will still guarantee the participant their shirt and spot. We will be accepting cash or check. If you are paying with a check, your driver's license number needs to be written at the top of the check. Also, please make out the check to GCM Girls' Soccer.

Please fill out the online registration form to guarantee a camp shirt!
**Registration must be completed by Wednesday, May 22, 2024 before camp to be guaranteed a camp shirt.**  We will have extra shirts just no guarantee of preferred size. 

Payment: Payment can be mailed in or paid on the 1st day of camp @ check-in table. 

Campers must provide their own water.

I hereby give permission for my child to enroll in the Goose Creek Memorial Soccer Camp and certify that he/she is physically fit to participate. I will not hold the Goose Creek CISD, Goose Creek Memorial High School, or it’s appointed staff responsible in case of accident/injury or loss as a result of participation in these activities. I understand that the Goose Creek Memorial High School Boys'/Girls' Soccer Program, Goose Creek Memorial High School, nor Goose Creek CISD DOES NOT carry accident/health insurance to cover participants or spectators in any program.
