The Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk takes every precaution for the safety and wellbeing of all participants. However, there is an inherent level of risk involved in challenges of this nature, therefore we advise participants to ensure they are medically fit to take part in this walk. It is important that you are fully aware that there is no group insurance cover for this event, and you partake based on your own medical insurance cover, and clicking the button below you are confirming that this is in place. Each participant also confirms:
1. I agree that I will not take part in the walk if I show any Covid19 symptoms or am directly or indirectly advised to self-isolate at the time of my walk. I also agree that I am responsible for observing all current Government guidelines as laid out in the Covid-19 levels pertaining at the time of the event.
2. I am confident and capable of partaking in the activities of the Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk.
3. I understand that all activities in the Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk are a “challenge by choice”. If at any time I am unsure of my ability to complete the activity safely I shall stand down from the walk.
4. I am personally responsible for my prescription medication (if applicable) required during the course of the Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk
5. I am personally responsible for ensuring that I am ‘fit’ and physically able to partake in this event.
6. The organisers of Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk, the Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk Committee and any of the beneficiaries of the event are exempt in any and every way for any injury, accident, loss or damage to participants or their equipment through participation in the Howth/Sutton Lions Club Fun-Raiser Sponsored Walk, however caused.
 The registration fee is going directly to the fund for distribution to our charities and is not refundable.
· Anyone under the age of 16 years must be supervised by an adult whilst undertaking their virtual challenge.
· Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs whilst undertaking their challenge.
· Entrants acknowledge that this is a virtual run and that the organizers will not track or verify results or provide volunteers,
  marshals or medical personnel assistance to any entrant.
· Please note that any photography and filming uploaded to the designated Facebook page may be used for current and future
  publicity purposes.
