Hypertrophy Class Interest Form
This class focuses on hypertrophy, or increasing muscle size. Each day we’ll hit a couple main lifts followed by a whole bunch of bodybuilding exercises to force muscle growth. We’ll also touch on nutrition for gaining mass, it takes a LOT of food to support lean muscle.
Participants should add 4-8 lbs over the course of the month as long as they eat to support the work we’re doing in the gym!
Classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings at 730 am.
