ASVA Studentenvakbond is de grootste studentenbelangenbehartiger van Amsterdam. ASVA komt op voor alle 100.000 Amsterdamse studenten, van zowel de UvA als de HvA. Zowel de kwaliteit als de toegankelijkheid van het onderwijs hebben het zwaar te verduren. 

ASVA heeft verschillende diensten die jouw studententijd gemakkelijker maken. Zo is het Diversiteit, Inclusie en Dekolonisatie team van ASVA ook bezig met er voor zorgen dat de hogescholen en universiteiten in Amsterdam een stilte- en/of gebedsruimte ter beschikking stellen. Ons doel hiermee is dat iedereen de vrijheid en ruimte heeft om geloof of spiritualiteit te praktiseren of om zich even terug te trekken van de drukte. Je helpt ons hierbij door deze korte enquête in te vullen.

ASVA Student Union is the biggest student organisation in Amsterdam. ASVA represents the interests of students of both UvA and AUAS (HvA). The quality and accessibility of education are our priorities. To achieve this, we engage with the Executive Board of these institutions, we investigate problems, we seek the media and we even organize manifestations.

ASVA offers a number of services that will smoothen your student days. For example, the Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization team of ASVA is working on ensuring that the colleges and universities in Amsterdam provide a quiet and/or prayer room. By doing this, we are striving for freedom to practice faith and spirituality or to take time to reflect at the university and college.
