How many teacher/ accompanying adult places do you require?
Will any attending students or staff have any access requirements? e.g. wheelchair users, d/Deaf, visual impairments. Where possible we will make reasonable adjustments to allow audience to attend. 
How will you travel to Saffron Hall? Please give detail of type of vehicle (coach, minibus etc.), number of vehicles, and where possible vehicle number plates

If you don't yet know please give estimates, and we will ask you to confirm closer to the time.

Tickets for this performance are priced at £3.50 per child (teachers/ adults go free). Once we have confirmed your booking we will issue you an invoice for the agreed number of places. 

Any change in numbers or requests for cancellation after the booking is confirmed will be at Saffron Hall's discretion.
