Permission for Gifted Assessment
CCUSD uses the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) to measure the pattern and level of development in reasoning and problem-solving with words, numbers and spatial symbols.  Students who score in the 97th percentile or higher in at least one area qualify for gifted services.

Gifted testing will take place at the District Office on specified dates.  The District Office is located at 33016 N 60th St., Scottsdale, AZ  85266.  If you would like for your child to be tested, please fill out the form below. Completion of this form indicates your permission to test your child.  If you have additional questions, please contact the Educational Services Department at 480.575.2042.
