My Runner’s Mind collective is a 4 month mindset and spiritual coaching for women runners who know that they’re ready to shift away from the shoulds and ought tos in their running routine and replace them with want and desire to live a happier and more balanced life. In my Runner’s Mind we have community and accountability every single day - we have bi-weekly group coaching, personal check ins from me, and a monthly 1:1 coaching call with me. It is an incredible and supportive community for the woman who’s ready to take her running routine to the next level and is looking for more than simply adding more weekly miles or adding another strength routine.
