Here are a few things to know about my 1:1 coaching structure:
🟢 Because change takes repetition and time, my coaching work with new clients is a minimum 12-weeks. For momentum and consistency, enrollment into additional 12-week cycles is also available and strongly encouraged.
🟢 Whether you're looking to make a change in your career or relationships, we may explore themes such as self-compassion, core beliefs, nervous system regulation and defining values... each week is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
