Volunteer - 2023 VRC Girl Powered Robotics Workshop: July 22 & 23
We are looking for volunteers for the Girl Powered Robotics Workshop, which will be held at Google Building MP7 - 1160 Bordeaux Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089.

Volunteers for this event should ideally be those with one or more years of VEX EDR experience on a VEX Robotics team as a participant, parent, or a coach. School students can get credit/hours for volunteering at this event.

If you do not have robotics experience, we would still love for you to volunteer. Please fill out this form and indicate this clearly, since there are non-robotics related roles for which we will need volunteers.

We are also looking for some volunteers to help out on Friday, July 21st to set up the venue in preparation for the workshop. Please indicate if you are free on that day to help us.

All volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated and we may require you to wear masks based on CDC, county, and state guidelines.

We will be providing snacks, lunch and t-shirts for all volunteers.

If you know of anyone interested in registering for the workshop. You can direct them to

If you are available and interested, please sign up to volunteer using this form!
