3) In Salon Treatment is non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash
4) In Salon Treatment pricing may vary according to appointed salon
5) Validity period of in-salon treatment is 3 months from notification day
6) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of appointment
7) If the selected salon is unable to secure for an appointment, a new recommendation of salon will be allocated by Shiseido Professional Malaysia
