About your stand/stall *
Please check all that apply. Please note that none of our locations allow for vendors to park adjacent to their stands, except for a very few spots in the street, which are reserved for people with mobility issues, or in the parking lot, which is generally reserved for food carts. Because of the compact nature of the layout, however, virtually all vendor locations are very close to an offload/onload site.

Keeping it real
Sometimes we get complaints from vendors when they suspect that another vendor's products were not grown or made by them and are being resold. In such cases we, will ask the vendor making the complaint to pay a $75 fee that allows us to contract with a third party to inspect the given vendor's farm or production site.
Do you agree to inspections if need be? *
If needed, we will follow up with specific questions about your products and possibly ask to see where and how they are made, produced, or grown.
Required
I have personal and product liability insurance. Note that all vendors who sell food items — whether prepared or raw, are required to show proof or liability insurance. *
Required
I am aware of and comply with local, county, and state regulations regarding the production and sale of my products. This includes participating in the reporting standards the market event is required to maintain with the Department of Revenue(admitted vendors will receive a survey to collect the information that is required for monthly submission). *
Thank you for your information
We will be reviewing your application and will let you know ASAP if you have been accepted. Once we notify you, we'll let you know how to pay your annual fee in time to get the early bird discount.

Daily fees are paid at the market -- one of the market managers will circulate and pick it up from you.
