1. Trauma Preview: Trauma definition, signs, symptoms, and how to help start the healing process. -1hr
2. Trauma 101: Interactive workshop that examines how individuals and communities can begin implementing trauma-sensitive practices; interactive session. – 2 hours
3. Trauma & Mental Health Cohort: Building skill sets to implement trauma-informed practices more effectively through, 1x1 consultations, and small group meetings. – 1.5 hrs/wk for six weeks;
4. Soul Shop Suicide Prevention Training: Workshop to learn signs, symptoms, and responses to suicidal desperation, including customized designs for faith communities, mental health professionals, and community-based organizations. – 2hours (extended training packages available)
5. Extended Trauma-Informed Training for Organizations: Training to assist organizations in implementation of trauma-informed practices through large group sessions, small group sessions, and supportive consultation. Configurations range from 3 months – 12 months.
Phase I: Trauma Aware (Approx 3 Months) – Purpose: Establish an awareness of the impacts of trauma on individuals and larger systems. Increase skills at considering interactions and perspectives through a trauma-aware lens. Consultation & Implementation Program Design: Abbreviated Design & Extended Design.
Phase II: Trauma Responsive (Approx 4 Months) –Purpose: Deepen skills within trauma-aware lens, evaluate current or developing trauma-responsive practices for the community while expanding resource connections. Conduct onsite training with content designed specific to the community’s identified goals within Phase I. Consultation & Implementation Program Design: Abbreviated & Extended Design Options
Phase III: Trauma-Informed (Approx 5 Months) – Purpose: Work with leadership and community to examine current policies and practices that promote trauma-informed approaches; expanding the impact of Phase I & II throughout the organization.
6. Trust Based Relation Intervention (TBRI): TBRI Caregiver Training is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children, in various settings. Length of training: 24 hours – Price Available Upon Request
