Arcane Tinmen are not able to send out replacement products. Any reimbursements will be made via PayPal only. Please ensure that you have a working PayPal account if you are seeking a refund.

A claim for reimbursement may require the product to be returned to Arcane Tinmen for inspection. Should the product be found faulty, only Standard postage and packaging rates will be reimbursed.
