2023 Social Services Vendor Application

Social Services Agencies and community partners are invited to join us each year for Operation Back 2 School by participating in our Social Services Fair. This important component of the event provides an opportunity for families to connect with resources to assist them year-round.

All interested agencies must complete this application by June 29.  Once approved you will receive an email with details.  Only approved agencies will be able to participate in the event. Space is limited.

Where:  The Pat May Center, 1849 Central Dr, Bedford, TX 76022
When:   July 29
Time:    8am - 4pm (Lunch Break between 11:30am-12:30pm)

2023 OB2S will be an indoor event for families picking up their school supplies.  Families will have the opportunity to walk through the Social Services/Vendor area inside the Pat May Center.  

The Social Services/Vendor section will have its own area with tables and chairs provided inside the Pat May Center.

As an approved vendor you will need to provide the following:

- Resources/Material from your agency to hand out to families
- Giveaways/Free items to give away

We expect to serve 1500 families.
