This form is designed to solicit participation of St. Olaf students, staff, and faculty in the Task Force to Confront Structural Racism (TFCSR) at St. Olaf College. For Task Force communication, we have created an email alias: tfcsr@stolaf.edu.

Becoming a formalized member, means that you are adding your name as part of a transparent list of membership and agree to the Task Force's four precepts listed on this document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PWiBY1sguksbWzbvN1uIAjrRxg4nHx4G4qaLSqzx9xE/edit.

All full meetings of the Task Force are recorded and made public (however by turning off the camera and renaming oneself on Zoom, anyone in the St. Olaf community can participate in our full meetings anonymously).

Our shared Google Drive is currently accessible to all faculty and staff, along with student members of the Task Force.

If you are interested in becoming a member, we ask that you consider taking on an active role in the Task Force. Please choose from the work areas listed on this form, and if you have something you'd like to do that seems to be missing from this list, please let us know below. In order to further our goal of transparency, all meetings will be open to anyone who wishes to attend, which means that one's presence at a meeting will not reflect specific membership ties to the Task Force.

We ask that you also let us know the level of commitment to the area of work that you are able to make at this time (this can change over time depending on your circumstances). We have divided participation into three levels of commitment for each subcommittee (co-chair, member, volunteer). You can join multiple subcommittees with varying levels of commitment.
