The Athens-Clarke County Democrat Committee has called for the resignation or expulsion of Congressman Jody Hice from the U.S. Congress due to his actions in support of President Donald Trump, honest and fair election practices, and freedom of peaceful protest and expression of dissent. The voters of the 10th Congressional district overwhelmingly voted to send Jody Hice back to congress where he has served his constituents by fulfilling his campaign promises. The voters of the 10th District will not allow our votes to be marginalized, demeaned, or cancelled by the actions of a disgruntled faction of the Democrat Party in Clarke County or any other organization.
