A Nova Middle law student’s conduct must exemplify the highest of ethical standards.  Each law student agrees to adopt a commitment to integrity, trust, and respect.  At Nova, we do the right thing.  Anything less is unacceptable.

Nova Middle law students shall not:

(a) lie
(b) cheat;
(c) steal; or
(b) engage in any unethical conduct.  

Just like real lawyers, Nova Middle law students shall self-report any incident involving lying, cheating, stealing, or unethical conduct.  Failure to report may result in the student's inability to participate in mock trials and other law-related activities.
