Have you had / do you have any special conditions that would require variations or modifications such as (but not limited to): Physical: articulation problems, high or low blood pressure, heart or circulation problems, lung problems (astma, chronical bronchitis etc), diabetes, thyroid problems, back / column problems (neck or discs etc), operations, traumas. 

Please also mention if you are pregnant or have had a recent miscarriage/abortion. 

Mental conditions such as psychiatric conditions:

 Depression, anxiety, psychosis, disorders. 

It is important for us to know so we could guide you more carefully where needed and offer variations in postures, breathing techniques etc. Please note that you are responsible for your health and of your conditions at all times.
