1. Registration form must be dully filled.
2. Incomplete and unauthorized applications will not be processed.  
3. Registration or selection to participate in the event does not guarantee the award of 'Certificate of Participation'. Your participation in the event will be monitored in order to process your request to earn the certificate.
4. While attending the event through Zoom, sign in with your full name and email address for the issuance of E-Certificate.
