All workshops cost 180 SEK each.

WS 1 Friday 19/1 18.00-19.30

“A friendly introduction” - playful exercises in connection, creativity and musicality. 

WS 2 Saturday 20/1 10.30-12.00

Basic technique 2.0 for both roles. We find common ground for the rest of the courses and dig deeply into posture and axis, embrace and different levels of contact, tension and relaxation, intention and response, weight-change and caminata.  

WS 3 Saturday 20/1 13.30-15.00

Spirals and pivots - different ways to do pivots, forward- and backward ochos. We mostly work in couples to find a technique for followers and leaders that makes the movements more comfortable, relaxed and stable. 

WS 4 Sunday 21/1 10.30-12.00

Double-tempo with different steps. We look closer at communication for initiating, maintaining and ending the double tempo, and aim to find contact that enables us to play with the music together.

WS 5 Sunday 21/1 13.30-15.00
