The Pride Side; YPI's virtual social space for 9 - 13 year old youth - Registration & Consent

*THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN, NOT A YOUTH*

We will meet on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 5:30 pm on Zoom with the last Thursday of each month reserved for in-person 13 and Under from 5-7pm at our drop-in space at 743 Westminster St. Providence, RI 02903. These sessions are open to youth between the ages of 9 and 13. Zoom invites will be emailed to registered email address the day of.

This virtual social space will take the form of a weekly Zoom session on Thursday evenings from 4:30-5:30pm . This time will allow folks to see each other, catch up, and spend some time with YPI staff. We want to bring a little bit of YPI drop-in to you at home, so each week we will spend some time chatting as well as occasionally doing fun activities or games together.

A typical session will look like…
4:30pm - 4:45pm: Welcome and Introductions
4:45pm - 5:20pm: Activity and/or Discussion
5:20pm-5:30pm: Checking Out & Signing Off
