Terms & Condition- Part A: 1. A Video/Photo/s Release approval signed between two parties and involves an agreement between the two parties – one party is the Releasor, and the other party is the Releasee. The Releasor allows the Releasee to use their video/photos/s in a educational or basic outreach of publication. Once the Releasor signs this contract and gives their consent, they lose all rights to their video/photos.   *

Terms & Condition- Part B:  KMF Leaders will seek to encourage the individual to set and achieve goals that will help to bring about desired outcomes for the individual. The individual has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make. Kingdom Muzic LLC or Nonprofit entity accepts no liability for the individual’s actions.  Kingdom Muzic LLC or Nonprofit has no liability for any loss incurred by any individual, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of discipleship sessions for any perceived failure by the individual, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in the quality of life or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals. *
Terms & Condition- Part C:  Leadership Requirements: Serving the lord for more than a year 6months in a discipleship group Leadership training Reading and praying Daily (Relationship with the Lord) Primary Church covering and receiving mentorship or counsel Living a life for Jesus(character and attributes) Church Tithing Commitment and consistency Privacy and nondisclosure.

Terms & Condition- Part D: Kmf leader has all rights to remove any persons from KMF Women discipleship for reasons we see fit.  KMF Senior Directors has all rights to remove any persons from  discipleship for any reasons fit and does not abide by our Bylaw that can be found on www.kingdommuzic.org/standards . By agreeing, you are confirming that you understand the terms and also had read our standards.

Terms & Condition- Part E (NON DISCLSURE AGREEMENT), as a disciple you may become aware of and/or have access to certain proprietary and confidential information belonging to the company and other students.  You agree that all information provided through every channel of communication regarding Kingdom Music Family, LLC and every ministry under the umbrella of Kingdom Muzic Family, LLC will be non-disclosed and kept private. Confidential information will be discussed through email, WhatsApp, FB messenger, Zoom, Text, video calling, and phone calls and any data provided to you through documents, excel, forms, and/or PowerPoint  must be kept private for the security of Kingdom Muzic Family &  LLC and other students.
