The Healing While Black Summit will conclude with a Community Festival on The Deuces Corridor on Sunday, July 25th, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This festival will feature wellness-centered products and services from local vendors, a food court, two live music areas, and live performances and exhibits from local artists.

We are seeking vendors to participate in this event who sell products/services related to health and wellness. For example, acupuncturists, massage therapists, plant based restaurants, yoga and meditation instructors. If you are interested in being a Healing While Black vendor, please fill out the application below.

Vendors who will be selling products at the festival are required to submit a vendor fee of $25. Payments can be submitted to The Well For Life via PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/thewellforlife). If you will be selling products at the festival, you application is not complete until this vendor fee has been submitted.
