Please complete this Intent to Return Form by Monday, February 6, 2023, to confirm your student’s enrollment for the next school year. This form is used for students that are currently enrolled in the school. We have sent home a hard copy of this form with your student as well. It is imperative that every parent/guardian completes this form for their student by the date above or the student’s enrollment may not be guaranteed for 2023-2024.
