Register for The Modern's Externship Program 

Registration for The Modern College of Design's 2024 Spring Externship Program is NOW open. A Modern student will bring design talent and fresh ideas to your organization. You provide mentorship and professional experience, and the student will contribute to your creative projects. Employers often extend Externships throughout the summer and to full-time employment.

Demand for Modern students and graduates has never been higher! Complete this form today to ensure your inclusion in the Spring Externship Program. The Modern's staff will match you with a student who meets your unique needs.

Students will work at least 135 hours during the externship period, onsite, hybrid, or remotely. The Modern requests employers make a minimum payment of $500 to the student extern. Many students pause part-time jobs during the externship.
