Hello! Thank you for choosing Eating Disorder Care! We have recently made some exciting changes that have opened up some space in Samantha's caseload. Please review the following information and confirm that you would like to schedule an intake appointment with Samantha. We will reach back out to you via email with appointment options.

Office Hours: Samantha's practice hours are 7am to 2:30pm PT on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays.

Location: Samantha only provides Telehealth/Virtual appointments. Unfortunately, in-person sessions are not available at this time.

Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $300

Individual Sessions (50 minutes): $210 per session

Please note that Samantha is an out of network provider and does not accept insurance. However, she can provide statements to you that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement for part or all of the cost of therapy.
