Once you submit your registration, you will be required to make your payment through Zelle. Your entry will only be confirmed after you make the payment. Once we processed your entry, you will receive an email confirming your participation. Entries may take a couple of days to be processed.

I understand that Rogaining, as an outdoor action sport, carries significant risk of personal injury. I know that there are natural and man-made hazards, environmental conditions, and risks which, in combination with my actions can cause me serious injury. I agree that I, as a participant, must take an active role in understanding and accepting these risks, conditions and hazards. I also agree that I, and not the organisers and officials of this event, WICKED ROGAINES or the land owners, am responsible for my safety while I participate in this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organiser. And lastly a few rules that are important to us: 1) All competitors must carry the following compulsory gear: polypro top, hat, gloves, rain coat, whistle and a torch. Team must carry at least one mobile phone and one compass. 2) All team members must stay within 50 metres of each other at all times 3) Packs and compulsory gear must be worn at all times. 4) All teams must compete within the spirit of the competition. We reserve the right to withdraw teams from the competition who fail to do so. 5) We also reserve the right to make any necessary decisions about any team or individual in regards to the events safety.

MANDATORY GEAR

All participants must carry the following compulsory gear: 

longsleeve top, hat, gloves, rain coat, whistle and headlamp with battery. Team must carry at least one mobile phone and one compass. Make sure you also bring a pencil as a backup. 

For this beta test you won’t need this gear. But please be prepared for weather.

1. Purpose

The Receiving Party agrees to receive confidential information from Wicked Rogaines for the purpose of discussing and/or contributing to business development, strategy, partnerships, branding, and/or operations related to Wicked Rogaines USA.



2. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to, all non-public information disclosed verbally, visually, or in writing, including business plans, creative concepts, financials, marketing strategies, proprietary designs, partner relationships, technology, communications, and trade secrets.



3. Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

a. Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without written consent.

b. Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose stated above.

c. Take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the information.

d. Promptly notify Wicked Rogaines of any unauthorized use or disclosure.



4. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that:

a. Was publicly known at the time of disclosure or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party;

b. Is disclosed by a third party legally and without restriction;

c. Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to Wicked Rogaines’ Confidential Information.



5. Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for 2 years from the date of signature, or until such time as all Confidential Information becomes public through no fault of the Receiving Party.



6. Return of Materials

Upon request, the Receiving Party agrees to return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.



7. No License or Ownership

This Agreement does not grant any rights, license, or ownership in any Confidential Information.



8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.



9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.




IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Non-Disclosure Agreement as of the date below.
