We are eagerly anticipating our 5th Grade Farewell Ceremony and celebration for our students next Thursday!! In preparation for the event, we have included some important information for both parents and students below.

Ceremony: Thursday, May 26th at 9:30 a.m. at the Barrington High School Auditorium

Students and their families may start arriving at the BHS Auditorium at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. Please make sure you arrive early so students can line up with their classmates and family members can take their seats. Students should walk to the foyer of the auditorium and will be directed to where to meet their classes. Due to the strict timeline we must follow with the use of the auditorium, we will not be able to wait to start the ceremony if a student has not yet arrived.

The auditorium has a limited capacity, therefore students are allowed to bring up to six guest due to our 5th grade enrollment numbers. Please be sure to abide by the guideline of up to six guests! This does not include the 5th grade students themselves. We ask that you kindly RSVP the number and names of guests who will be attending. In order to maintain security for Barrington High School on the day of the ceremonies, only individuals who are on our approved list will gain access to the auditorium to attend the ceremony.

All RSVPs are due by 8 p.m. on Friday, May 20th. Please RSVP so that we have time to complete security checks. If you have any questions, please contact your child's 5th grade teacher or Dr. West directly.
