Permission Forms must be collected prior to all Field Trips.

Permission forms, emergency contact information, and school insurance information must be carried along on all field trips.

PCPO's group insurance carrier requests that all people driving for school business maintain at least $100,000/$300,000 Liability limit level on their personal automobile insurance policy.  This includes driving to and from Field Trip activities. 

Schools are responsible for verifying current driver's license and insurance information for adults driving on school business, such as transporting children other than their own to field trips.
