Your child’s name is on our list requesting consideration for a place at Woodies Nursery during the academic year 2023/2024.

Please complete this application form by Friday 13th January 2023.  

We are expecting a high volume of applications this year so please ensure you return your completed form and send us an email with a copy of your child’s birth certificate by the closing date.

Priority is given to children with siblings attending Woodcote Primary at the same time, children who are looked after by a Local Authority or children who have an EHCP.

Our nursery timings for the morning session runs from 9.00am to 12 noon and the children are expected to attend all five mornings.

You may have the opportunity of applying for an additional 15 hours of Government funded childcare.  Further information will be sent to you if you are offered a place.  If you are not entitled under the Government scheme, you may be able to pay for these afternoon sessions.

Please indicate on the application form below if you are interested in the day care sessions, and we will give you more information if your child is successful in being offered a place in the Nursery.
