Camp Crossroads raises money to financially assist families that cannot afford the full price of overnight camps for children and youth. These funds are raised from the generous giving of individuals, churches and organizations. Some money is designated to campers in specific geographical regions in financial need (e.g. children and families in the Greater Toronto Area).

To help us be accountable to our donors and donor organizations, please fill out the following information carefully and accurately. We will consider each request as funding permits.

Submission of this form does not necessarily guarantee bursary money, and each applicant family will be emailed once we can confirm the amount of available funds. A $200 deposit is required to reserve a camper spot.

This form is strictly confidential and is used only for determining need.
