Ruffner Mountain Facility Rental Request
Thank you for considering Ruffner Mountain. We exist to preserve and care for Ruffner Mountain as a sanctuary for our neighbors, native plants, and animals. Therefore, we aim to align our facility use and rentals with initiatives that support our mission and community.

Our meeting room is available to rent Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

- Businesses and For-profit Organizations - full-day (8 hours) - $900
- Businesses and For-profit Organizations - half-day (4 hours) - $500
- Nonprofit and Community Partners - full-day (8 hours) -  $400
- Nonprofit and Community Partners - half-day (4 hours) - $250

Please submit this form to be considered for venue rental. Your submission does NOT secure a rental space but allows our team to determine if the requested date is available.
