Each round of intensives has a limited amount of space available and is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please select your top two date choices on this form; if you would like to attend more than one session, you may select up to 4 dates.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required in order to secure your place in your chosen session.
