INSTRUCTIONS: Please submit one class registration at a time - one form per child & class. For instance, if your child is taking Mini Academy for the first 5 weeks of the summer and then Jr. Academy for the last 5 weeks, that would require two form submissions.

**Family members & Junior members are eligible for registration now.**

House Guests of Family/Senior members and grandchildren of Family/Senior members may register for no more than 2 consecutive weeks . (Class fees as well as guest fees will be billed to the hosting member.)

I understand the cancellation policy. Any changes to my registration must be made by the first day of the prior session start, otherwise I will be billed in full. (And any changes for Session 1 must be made by June 1.)
