This confidential survey contains multiple choice questions and will only take a few minutes to complete. Your input will serve our pastoral team as we explore the possibility of holding indoor Sunday services in the near future. Live streaming will continue in all scenarios, as will social distancing. Children’s ministry will not be offered at this time. Thank you for your input.
