- To promote your place to the delegate of the World Congress
- The virtual tour videos are not limited to the conventional sightseeing spots but also demonstrates various dimensions of your place from different perspectives

Themes
- Participants are free to create any virtual tour videos with any themes they want. There are no restrictions on the theme.

Grouping
- No restrictions on the grouping of the participating team. The members of each team could be from NOM or LOM of the place (city, region or country) they represent. Yet teams with members from different countries are not allowed.
- Number of participants per each team: from 2 to 5
