Dear SES 2019 Delegate. In order for us to send you a letter of invitation to get a Visa to visit the UK we need you to fill out this form. Any information you disclose here will be available only to the event organisers and will not be shared with any third parties. After the Summit we will delete this data and keep no records of it.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that all information here matches your passport exactly (including Capital Letters for names, passport number, and addresses) as we will be copying information from this form directly to your invitation and will not be able to spot any errors. If you submit the form with an error, you have to email ses2019@studentenergy.org immediately with the subject title "Error in Visa form". A member of our team will then get back to you as soon as they can to correct this.
