Tournament Information

• Time/Schedule: Sunday June 9th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. 4:45 - 5:00 PM: Check in. Please arrive before 5:00 PM 5:15 PM: Round 1 5:45 PM: Round 2 6:15 PM: Round 3 6:45 PM: Round 4 7:15 PM: Round 5 7:45 PM: Tiebreakers (For 1st, 2nd, 3rd place only) 8:00 PM: Awards + pickup • Location: Happy Math Learning Center (15 Cooper’s Town Road, Unit 10 & 20). • Format: Five rounds (swiss style) with a time control of 12 minutes + 5 second delay. Tiebreaker games will be played armageddon style (5 minutes for white, 4 minutes + draw odds for black). • Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies and a plaque with the champion’s name. • Entry Fee: $10 paid by e-transfer. • Parents are welcome to drop their child off or stay in the building. Due to limited space, parents can not stay in the playing room.
