Greetings!

This form is for Non-Profit, Univ. Dept., & Univ. Clubs & Orgs. to Request a table/booth at the 44th Annual Indigenous Voices Pow-Wow held at Weber State University Dee Events Center on March 30, 2024.

Rules & Regulations

You must fill out a new form for each table.

Setup begins at 10:00 a.m.
Take Down at 10:30 p.m.
Dee Events Center must be cleared of vendors by 11 p.m.

You will be provided one 8ft table with two chairs

Parking is available at the Dee Events Center. There is no fee for parking on weekends.

Placement of tables will be in accordance with state fire code and tables MAY NOT be moved from those locations.

You may give out individually wrapped candy. No other food may be given out from your booth unless arranged through WSU Dining Services.

This request does not guarantee you a space. You will be sent a confirmation email once the request is processed.
