Tuition is a Flat Rate Tuition calculated based on 40 weeks of lessons spanning a 10 month period. (August 2023 - May 2024). Your payment will be divided into equal, monthly installments. Tuition works much like a private school and is based on enrollment, rather than attendance. Holidays and a few other days off are built into the calendar. Tuition is not adjusted for missed lessons or for months with five or three weeks. No refunds will be given for missed lessons, so please plan lesson times and social engagements accordingly. In-person makeup lessons are NOT guaranteed. Recorded video can substitute when no face-to-face lesson time is scheduled.
Your flat-rate tuition is payable in monthly installments due on the first day of the month. Payments received after the tenth day of the month are considered late and a $15 late fee will be added to the account. Payments must be submitted before your first lesson of the month or your student’s lesson may be canceled until payment has been received.
Payments may be made online by clicking the link on the monthly invoice or setting up monthly auto-payments.
Cash payments for music lessons will no longer be accepted.
Payments via check will be accepted on a semester basis for the whole semester, with due dates of January 1st, June 1st and October 1st (for this fall). Checks must be given in person to Lynn Roberts during your own lesson. Please do not mail a check for your payment.
Monthly tuition will be prorated based on the date your student begins lessons.
Instructors do not receive tuition payments, so please contact the studio manager with questions or concerns regarding tuition payments.
Summer lessons in June and July are paid per lesson, rather than per month, in order to meet the needs of families and students who wish to travel or participate in other activities during their summer break.
Scholarship students may choose to pay per lesson if that fits the scholarship guidelines more easily.
