This form is an anonymous place for participants of the Trauma Awareness Training to provide feedback, make a complaint, or report any kind of "unsafe" incidents with other participants, team members, or venue staff.

What will happen after you complete this?
Someone in our administration will log your complaint, and irrespective of how confronting the content is, our management team will take your courageous sharing very seriously and do everything in our power to resolve, make amends, and change what has caused you to feel unsafe, unmet, disrespected, or harmed.
As the information you share here is anonymous, and we have no way of contacting you, we cannot unfortunately engage in any mediation or attempt at direct amends with you individually.
However, based off what you share, we will explore ways to change policy, adapt practices, and hold accountable any person where it is apparent that they are responsible .
If there has been an incident of a criminal nature, we will make an announcement within the community group - either on Whats App or via email - and invite you and anyone else who was affected (without identifying anyone) to speak with an external, third-party support organisation for further investigation and they will make a decision on involving authorities, as necessary.
