I have read and understand the Google My Business third party policies and working with a third party disclosure notice and paid fees for services is not refundable, terms & conditions and agree to be bound by Google My Business Third Party Agency Vap Services (GMB-TPA Organization ID:5404193870). Service Provider (Vap Services) and Business (Owner/Management) may mutually agree to take photographs at multiple business locations and use general contact information of business to manage GMB accounts by GMB Third Party Agency Account of Vap Services. If certain locations are owned by franchises, each applicable franchisee must enter into a separate agreement with the service provider. I have full power and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of the party listed above.
