Thank you for taking the time to nominate a junior or senior for the Rise Together Program. The Rise Together Pathways program will be offered to a select number of high school students at NO COST to students. 

The Rise Together Pathways program provides intensive group and individual college/financial aid/scholarship application support to primarily first-generation, low-income students. 

The high school student you nominate will be asked to:
1. Participate in twelve one hour Zoom mentoring sessions. Session slots are often on Sundays and weekday nights so the program works around school/ work schedules. Students are expected to provide 24 hours notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled mentoring session. 
2. Join optional guest speaker meetings on college essay writing, the admissions processes, resume/ interview skill building, and financial literacy. These sessions are in addition to one hour mentoring sessions. They are strongly encouraged but optional.
3. Share their transcript, essays, letters of recommendation (if available), and financial aid information (optional) so Rise Together can help work on College Applications, Financial Aid Scholarships, and other post secondary attainment applications. All personal information and documents will be kept confidential and shared only with the student's mentor and Rise Together Director.
4. Maintain confidentiality of all Rise Together curriculum and materials.
