KNZ APPLICATION FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION 2020/2021
This is the form used for player registration for 2020 and will continue for 2021. This electronic form succeeds previously used paper forms. If you are aged under 18 years of age and/ or you are still at school, please use your parent's/ caregiver's details for email, address, landline and mobile number. NB: one form per player. Do not register more than one player on each form.

Please note: All competitors entering New Zealand National Championships must hold a current registration; discounts are offered to registered members at most other NZ tournaments.

Privacy: The information collected on this form is for the purpose of enabling Karate New Zealand to consider an application for player registration. Karate New Zealand is an agency for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993 and is aware of its obligations under the Act in respect of the collection and use of any personal information provided by applicants on this form.

The cost for Player Registration for 2021 is $35 per player. If you paid in 2020, this fee will cover this year, 2021.
