The Norris PTO's Craft Fair is on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 9 am - 3 pm at the high school. The PTO is asking for volunteers to assist vendors in moving their items in and out that day, which will count towards your required volunteer hours. What this will consist of will vary vendor to vendor, but it will likely include carrying in boxes/totes of merchandise as well as displays and tables. We will have wagons on hand for everyone to use and while volunteers might be asked to carry larger items in or out, no one is required or expected to carry anything with which they're not comfortable (just let one of the PTO members know and we'll talk to the vendor directly).
Vendors start coming at 6 am that day to set up their booths so we need volunteers from 6 am to 9 am, then again from 3 pm to 5 pm. We'll have PTO members on hand during both shifts to check you in (check in in the main hall by the concession stand) and help direct you where to go and what to do.
