I understand that Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg reserves the right to choose as many or as few ambassadors as necessary to fill the content and subscriber pipeline. The Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg  Publisher cannot guarantee content inclusion in the newsletter and reserves the right to edit any submitted content prior to publishing. The Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg  Ambassador position with Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg is unpaid. Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg cannot guarantee any particular perk availability to any ambassador and will distribute perks in its own discretion to ambassadors if and when they become available. I will only maintain positive conversations in my community about Macaroni Kid and/or its Publisher. I agree not to solicit advertising or sponsors on the Publisher's behalf and agree to hold Macaroni Kid and/or its Publisher harmless for any liability incurred as a result of my failure to abide by this provision. I agree to forward any and all advertising inquiries to the Publisher via phone or email. Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg reserves the right to modify the terms of, or cancel, the Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg Ambassador program and/or remove or replace a Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg  Ambassador for any reason and at any time and will notify the Ambassador(s) in writing.
