A follow-up event to the Men's Health conversation hosted by Dr. James Lai. One of the most important healthy habits to look at is what we eat! So for our April event, we will be holding MOMENTUM FEAST!

MOMENTUM FEAST is a potluck and cooking demonstration event where men will bring or make a recipe that fits into the MIND DIET for others to share that is both HEALTHY and TASTY! (Aim to make enough for about 4-5 people to share!)
