This form may be used to request an exception to one or more of the First-Year (Freshman-Year) Progression Agreement. Exceptions to policies or procedures are not granted automatically. Before submitting a petition, you should consider if your reason for exception is a true exceptional circumstance.
ALL SECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU SUBMIT.
Once a final decision is made on your petition, an email indicating if your petition has been approved or denied will be sent to your UNC Charlotte email address. You may check with your Major Advisor on the status of your petition
if you have not received a decision by the appeal deadline (See deadline in the submission confirmation message).
